Having been ambushed by Spinel and his Beheeyem, the last thing Liko remembers is becoming Sprigatito’s Trainer and enrolling at Indigo Academy. As she walks with her partner through the streets of Levincia, she wonders why she came back to Paldea, noticing that her Rotom Phone’s screen is showing static for some reason. Liko stares at the Grass Cat Pokémon, feeling like she has lost something important. However, Sprigatito’s cuteness distracts her from the thought. She tries to pet it, and Sprigatito scratches her. In doing so, a faint memory of these exact events, only at Indigo Academy, pops up in Liko’s head, making her feel like this has happened before.
